What Buyers Can Verify
- Can optical performance or continuity be checked before shipment?
- Can test evidence be matched to the product type or project requirement?
- Can order-specific testing records be coordinated when the RFQ requires them?
Evidence Available During RFQ
- Instrument photos and test screen photos
- Insertion loss, return loss, continuity, or polarity check references when applicable
- Order-specific test evidence by request
How this evidence supports your sourcing review
Insertion loss, return loss, polarity, continuity, end-face inspection, and test screen photos.
This helps technical buyers understand that quality checks can be coordinated around their project requirements.
Later, this can link to sample test reports or order-specific testing evidence where appropriate.

Why are prices not listed on the website?
Our products are quoted against the required configuration, quantity, labeling, packaging, and delivery destination. Share your project requirements and CAIVALE will coordinate a specification review before preparing a quotation.
What information should I provide for a quotation?
Please provide the product type, connector interfaces, fiber type, fiber count, length, quantity, labeling or packaging requirements, and destination country. A drawing or BOM can also be submitted when available.
Can you provide OEM labeling and packaging?
Yes. Orders can be coordinated with customer-specific OEM labeling and packaging, or with CAIVALE branding where appropriate. Confirm the required artwork, label content, packaging format, and quantity during quotation review.
How are orders manufactured and managed?
CAIVALE handles customer communication, requirement review, quotation, contracting, order coordination, and after-sales support. Production, technical confirmation, testing, and packing are completed through authorized manufacturing partners.
Can I request samples before a bulk order?
Yes. Sample production can be coordinated for physical inspection and performance review. Feasibility, sample cost, and lead time depend on the requested product configuration.
What quality and testing documents are available?
Optical test results, inspection records, or other shipment documentation can be coordinated according to the product type and order requirements. Confirm the required documents before quotation and production.
How is lead time determined?
Lead time depends on the product structure, specifications, quantity, material availability, labeling, and packaging requirements. A project-specific lead time is confirmed after the requirements have been reviewed.
Who handles after-sales issues?
Customers contact CAIVALE directly. We receive the issue details, coordinate the investigation with the relevant production partner, and communicate the next steps with the customer.
Do you support international shipping?
Yes. CAIVALE supports global B2B orders and coordinates export shipping based on the destination country, order volume, and agreed delivery terms.
